Delivery

Free delivery on all orders to the UK and Republic of Ireland – excluding orders for spares and accessories to Republic of Ireland which incur a £8 delivery charge.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday for delivery to a UK mainland address are normally despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks for delivery the following day. Orders placed after 2pm during the week or at weekends will be despatched the following working day. If for any reason there is a delay you will be promptly informed.

Please note all R810 orders are shipped on a pallet due to their size and weight and this service takes approximately 2-3 working days. After your order has been processed you will be contacted with all the relevant tracking details.

For deliveries to ROI please allow up to 3 working days.

UK orders for spares and accessories (remotes, power supplies etc) are sent via 1st class Royal Mail.

At present we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

For security reasons we are no longer able to process orders over the phone. If you are unable to place an order through our online shop please contact us on 01702 601410 and we will be able to direct you to your nearest Ruark stockist.
