Graded products will either be models which have previously been used for demonstration or units which we have rejected during inspection due to a small cosmetic defect. Rest assured that we do not sell products where a defect is likely to detract from its beautiful appearance and most importantly, each unit is thoroughly checked and tested by our engineers to ensure it is in perfect working order. All these units are also covered by our no quibble two year guarantee.
